Honey-Dijon Chicken w/ Brown Rice & Soybeans

Honey Dijon Baked Chicken Meal
Igredients
*Chicken
1 Whole Chicken
2 Pkg McCormicks Honey-Dijon Chicken Glaze
6 tblspn Honey
1 can chk broth
2 tblspn butter
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
*Brown Rice
2 cups instant brown rice
1 can chicken broth
3 tblspn honey-dijon mustard (I like French's)
1 tablespoon honey
*Soybeans
1 bag frozen shelled Soybeans
2 cups water
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch sea salt

Directions
* Chicken
Melt butter into chicken broth, fill bottom of roasting pan, preheat overn to 375 degrees. Then wash down whole chicken make sure free of any feathers and such. rub a little butter or evoo over the chicken. Once coated, mix up the honey glaze and smear over the entire chicken. Keep left over aside for reserve. Place chicken in oven for one hour, checking every 20 minutes to see if glaze needs reapplied (to prevent dryness). After a hour tint the chicken over with some tin foil and proceed to finish cooking until no pinkness is left inside of the chicken (normally two hours).
*Rice
Bring broth to a boil, add rice and let simmer until rice is fork tender (about 15 minutes. Add the mustard, honey and salt/pepper, stir. (Do this about 20 minutes before chicken is done).
*Soybeans
Bring water to boil, add salt.pepper and shelled soybeans boil until beans are soft and floating.. Drain of water.
