Since its mid-Winter and I needed a boost of hope for Summer to come quickly for my friend's birthday I decided the them was Mojitos & Lime. So what I came up with was a maranade for porkchops and a lime salad dressing.

Dear Readers,
I just wanted to wish you all a safe and wonderful Holiday Season. Hopefully not all of you are blizzard in away from your family like I currently am from mine. Don't worry though we got to spend Christmas Eve together yesterday and I got to share the sweetest gifts of all with my family, love! Love blended in a rather not-so-healthy form of Homemade Chocolates packaged in adorable Chinese Food take out boxes. But still fatty foods or not everyone needs something a little sweet every now and then.
