Well now that we have made our delicious Apple & Flax seed muffins and everyone has had a chance to gobble up the two dozen delicious pastries.. All that's left is the clean up! (Oh noes!) Clean up of silicone molds up until recently has been pretty much the not so fun part of the whole baking process, but it is something that we ALL have to do if we're going to bake or cook.

About the blogger
Well hello again everyone. I just realized how impersonal the first blog post sounded so I want to give you all just a little bit of information about myself so we can all feel acquainted and then.. on to my very first food post *gasps* I'm so excited!
Hi friends! I'm Barb. I am currently 27 years old, Aquarius, living in South Dakota. I had my full Gastric Surgery done on March 7th, 2006. At the time I weighed 450+ pounds (it was not pretty either), but today my weight jumps between 245-270 depending on the moon cycles I swear it! *laughs*.

Welcome to Chibi's Recipes!
Hello Everyone and welcome to my food blog.
Firstly I want to explain this will be a blog to post recipes more directed and friendly to persons who've gone under the knife for the full Gastric Bypass Surgery. This is sort of a collection of meals I have found that I tend to have the least amount of side effects with when I have tried them. Sometimes I will post full recipes w/ photos, and sometimes I will just randomly go off about certain foods and how they effect me. Hopefully this helps everyone.
