Chibi's PB Balls

Chibi's Pb Balls


Ingredients
2 cups Peanut Butter of choice (Smooth, Creamy, Crunchy, Sugar Free, even Soybutter)
1 1/2 cups Honey (I chose a Sugar Free Clover)
1 cup powdered milk (calcium is important for a healthy body)
3 cups chopped nuts of choice (I did honey roasted sunflower kernels)

Directions
This is the easy part, add powdered milk, honey and peanut butter to a bowl and mix well together. Once blended set in the fridge to set about 2 hrs. Then form mixture into about 1 inch balls with your hands and roll in crushed nuts. Return to fridge to set.. Eat and enjoy..

Optional Ingredients
Breakfast Balls (lols)
Try adding about 3 tablespoons of milled flax seed, and about 3 tablespoons of a protein powder (chocolate or unflavored). Then mix in about 1/2 of a cup of dried sugar free fruit.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles.
After completing the balls place in freezer for about 20 minutes. While that is chilling melt down either almond bark, chocolate chips or even Wiltons meltaway chips for candy making. Dip chilled balls into chocolate and return to fridge to set.
