Chibi's Corned Beef & Egg Noodles

Chibi's Corned Beef & Egg Noodles

Ingredients
2 cans corned beef
1/2 head of cabbage
1 medium onion
1 bag of egg noodles (no Yolk)
2 pkgs gravy of choice (I suggest McCormick's Onion Gravy)

Directions
Start with the head of cabbage, dice up into thin strips and add to a pot to boil. Then peel and dice the onion and add as well to the pot to boil. Then salt water to taste, boil until tender. Once cabbage is tender add in egg noodles and cook them until soft, drain half the water free, add in the corned beef, and the two packages of gravy. Stir and then let simmer 15 minutes until the water thickens. Serve and enjoy with possible bed of mashed taters beneath.
