Instructions-
First you'll want to start with browning the meat until cooked throughly, then drain and rinse any grease (this is important), then mix in onions and garlic return to stove to heat throughly for about five minutes. Preheat the oven to 375. Then coat the sides and bottom of a baking pan (I use a 9x13 cake pan) with the olive oil and discard any extra. The mix the tomato paste, meat/onion/garlic mixture and riocotta cheese together. Then layer 1 layer of uncooked oven ready noodles to bottomo f the pan, coat with half of tomatoe sauce of choice, evenly coat all noodles, then add a layer of the riocotta cheese mixture. Then layer one more layer of noodles, sauce and ricotta cheese. Cover that layer with noodles, open both cans of tomatos and cover the noodles with diced tomatos and juice. Turn over down to 350 and place lasagna into oven. Cook for approx. 45-50 minutes or until noodles are soft. Coat the diced tomatos with shredded cheese, place back into the oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and brown a little. Remove from oven let sit 5-10 minutes then serve. Makes about 16 pieces of lasagna.

Chibi's Oven Baked Lasagna
Oven Baked Lasagna
(Chibi Style)
Ingredients
2 lbs ground meat (I use Beef)
1/2 peeled/diced onion
3 tblspns chopped garlic (I use prechopped in a jar)
16 ounces tomato sauce (I like sweet basil & Garlic)
1 box oven ready lasagna noodles
2 cans diced tomato (I use no salt variety)
1 8 ounce can tomato paste (NOT SAUCE)
1 16 ounce container part skim milk ricotta cheese (Not Cottage Cheese)
2 cups Italian blend shredded cheese
3 tblspns olive oil
