Chibi's Monte Cristo
Ingredients
6 pieces of Texas Cut toast
6 slices of roast beef
6 slices of turkey breast
3 slices of provolone cheese
3 slices of a second cheese (I picked Havarti)
1/2 cup of olive oil
4 eggs

Directions
Crack and mix the eggs in a bowl, dip one side of each slice of bread into the mixture. Layer a slice of each cheese and two slices of meat between the two slices. Prepare all three sandwiches, cut off crusts. Then set in the fridge for 30 minutes wrapped in saran wrap to set. At 23 minutes pour the olive oil into a pan and set to heat up. Then one at a time fry them until they are golden brown.
